Class: Ranger 9 Occult Slayer 4
Description: Tall, muscular, and with a slight tan to his skin tone. His eyes not too bright yet not too dull, His hair dark and long, he has a chin curtain beard (short beard with no mustache), and a pronounced chin and cheekbone. He bares strong muscular arms and legs, a powerful looking chin, and eyes that seem to be filled with experience. Upon careful inspection one may find a slight glow to Avraham's eye color. They are not shiny so to speak but there is a light glow in his eyes that is visible but can be very hard to see at times.
Personality: Avraham is hardy and tough. He cares for his friends greatly and is very loyal to them. Avraham sometimes underestimates himself and feels he is not as smart as he actually is. While Avraham was on a hunt in the southern end of the continent when he found a burning carriage and a few Hector comrades dieing to vicious Trassian creatures. Avraham killed them all swiftly, and he rescued Ephria from almost certain death. They fell in love at first sight and sailed off to Namiri island where they were both married. Avraham is now King of Namiri Island.
Darpa The Grand Pope of Wealth [Friend]: Avraham adventured with The Wealth pope Darpa on many adventures as a young lad. Avraham was 15 when he had ventured with the pope. The two of them have been close friend ever since their many adventures.

Things have now changed for Avraham with Karma. The two have fallen in love after only meeting each other three days ago. Avraham could never love another woman more. This romance however has since ended and Karma has become deceased.
Maul [Friend]: Avraham has been friends with Maul for a long time as a sparring and wrestling partner. Avraham accompanied Maul on several travels in their younger days.
Hardy, tough, handsome, and a little reckless; Avraham Crockett loves game hunting and was always a very talented warrior and protector. He lived in a village not too small and not too big where he was a favorite amongst the members of town. Admired by the men for his great strength and excellent hunting prowess, and envied by women for his strong built body and good looks. As a child Avraham was the son of Anthony Crockett, a great warrior and protector of the village. Avraham would take Anthony's place though when he became of age. Avraham would marry young to a woman named Desirae. Avraham Crockett and Desirae Crockett lived a very happy and unfortunately short marriage; they had three kid, a boy named Avraham, a girl named Violet, and a tiny baby named David. There way of life would be changed when the village was threatened by a great Ogre and his army of goblins living off in the hills. The Ogre sent a goblin messenger that demanded a virgin be brought to his hills every 3 months for his sacrifice to the gods or he would destroy the town. Avraham refused the message from the ogre and killed the goblinoid messenger. Avraham head to the hills himself to kill the beast. At the hills he would find the ogres home but would be surprised to find it empty save the ogre himself. The battle with the ogre was fierce and dangerous but in the end the mighty ranger would turn out victorious. However, the ogre could only grin in death and laugh at Avraham as he slaughtered him. It was only when Avraham was leaving the ogre's cave did he realize that he planned on raiding the town. Rushing back he would find that he was too late. Avraham had lost it all; his wife, children, friends, and everyone he knew was dead in the goblin raid. Avraham is the last survivor of "The Crockett Clan" he travels the world of Naelvich challenging himself and try to do whatever he can to make his dead family proud of him in the after life.
What was going through my head when I made Avraham? Well I was starting my first semester of college and my friend Riku on steam wanted me to get DDO. I agreed to do it after some time and this was my main character on that game. Avraham had no actual character back then (DDO is all mechanics no RP) so at the time he was a great sword wielding warrior who could bow attack as well. He turned out to be very good for DPS and ranged his AC was the only issue. As a character mechanically he was very fun to play as. Usually what happens when I make a digital character, there comes a pen and paper form. Avraham would be apart of the Naelvich campaign setting. A custom setting taking place in some odd form of the 1840's victorian era. As a character he was very laid back in the party and in fact took the role of party leader many times being able to lead everyone bravely ahead when things looked bad and always was resourceful enough to find a way out of trouble. The game master for that game was kind of rough on us as players and was always eager to kill one of us. Out of the many adventurers in our game Avraham was one of the two only survivors. Up to seven players died in that setting including Yoko; who had a Naelvich version as well. After beating his game with a ranger I came over to Black marches. Black Marches proved to be good for Avraham because it helped to create a bigger list of characters and people in his life including Karma Cooper his lawfully wedded Wife, Uncle Finn a woodland creature and messenger of Obad-hai, and apart from them many other players. Overall Avraham I must say is my favorite character and has always been my dream character. Moving on from Black Marches Avraham is now in Naelvich to even better be much more fleshed out. I always liked alternate universes; Naelvich will probably be his main one.
Ebberron: In Ebberron Avraham is a Chaotic Neutral ranger with a dragon mark symbol of House Cannith. Similar to how he is in Black Marches he fights with the bow and the great sword along with a large variety of other weapons. This was the first version of Avraham and appeared in Dungeons and Dragons Online. Avraham was always ready for a challenge equipped with nothing more than raw power, a shock greatsword, and a mithril defender named "Puppy".
Forgotten Realms: Avraham in Forgotten Realms differs from the others greatly from other variations and worlds. Avraham is truly a wild man in Fae'run. Having more barbaric like features and in fact being a barbarian in himself. Avraham however is civilized enough to know how to read. He used the bow much much less than the other variations and had much less variety. Avraham in Fae'run also does not have a Animal Companion. Should he ever choose to have one he wishes for a Dinosaur.
Naelvich: Orginally Avraham was played in an early version of Naelvich as a generic hunter. Naelvich is now becoming official and his story of Naelvich will play out here. Avraham is much more authentic in Naelvich than in the other settings. Avraham truly speaks with the thick Scottish accent I invisioned him to have, he fits into the world easily with his pet dog Red. In Naelvich he also gained a more legendary status; already being a citizen of Lithdim of great renown for his hunting, and adventuring. Naelvich is definitely Avraham's home universe. Overall he is close to the Naelvich Avraham only much better performed and written. Overall this is his finest quality of play.
Black Marches: Avraham seems to have a more fleshed out character here; he is also rather well played. Avraham like the other variations before him is a mighty warrior, an accurate archer, a resourceful dungeoneer and nature expert, and a fun character to role play. Avraham in Black Marches however has had the most RP experience and has the most interesting story of the bunch of variations. Avraham was modeled after a lot of media images in general. Black Marches is where I put all of those things into play. To begin Davy Crockett was the first inspiration for Avraham. Davy Crockett was pretty manly as hell, and was quite the expert in many things a ranger would be good in. Native American people were the next inspiration for Avraham. In many media and film I have found that the hunter character mixed with Native Americans is usually unwise to nature or has no idea of the importance for example John Smith in Disney's Pocahontas. John Smith was more worried about killing Indians in the beginning of the movie. There has been similar scenarios to this in many other films even some Eastwood films. I felt that Avraham needed to be the opposite as to have a sense of originality in his personality. Avraham understands the importance of nature and loves it for everything it is, even whilst out hunting he is respectful of the animal and prays to Obad-hai before each hunt. Avraham was also modeled after Gaston from beauty in the beast; perhaps not in personality but in mannerisms and image. Avraham has always been imagined as a handsome and strong man. Gaston was the perfect model for this. Conan the Barbarian also helped in hand towards Avraham's image. The strong wild man warrior made for an excellent p lace to think from. The highlander was probably the last piece of inspiration for Avraham. Avraham if he was ever in the real world would have probably been Scottish or Italian. There is a higher chance he would have been Scottish though. In his character on Black Marches, he practices some Scottish traditions including Clans, Kinship, and lineage. He is reviving his dead clan "The Crockett Clan" and has since had unity with Karma to create "The Crockett Cooper Clan". The other amazing addition to his character was simply the romance between Avraham and Karma. I did a lot of private RP sessions with Jam and I found them to be very rewarding towards creating RP. Avraham and Karma first met after the capturing of the last Varteenz brother. Avraham was disgusted with the Dark Knight the way he reacted to his wifes death. Karma would comfort him in the tavern that day, that's where it all began. Soon enough the two of them would talk more and more; Karma would be the first one to accuse the other of "Coming on to"; Avraham never picked up on it however. The two of them fell in love and worked together when she was up for bounty. Their relationship during the bounty lead to their romance. Overall I would have to say with all the things listed above here; Black Marches has been the best development for Avraham RP wise. Avraham however would fall in the Black Marches setting. He was killed by a terribly powerful (and probably terribly written) Soul Eating creature named Mordane. Avraham put up the strongest fight of the warriors who faced the beast. Emilia the Mage fleeing early from battle, Conall leaving Avraham in the dust with nobody but him and one of his dogs. Avraham was in all three grueling encounters with the beast before falling to its powerful (probably over powered) soul eating capabilities. Despite death Avraham was a hero who not only fought to protect people, and the hunt; but he was a loving caring man who would risk his very soul for his wife. He proved that the day of his death.
Other Forms/Variations I have thought about an alternate Avraham in many other settings in worlds. Greyhawk he would probably be close to the Avraham in Black Marches, in D20 Modern he would end up being in the military as a green beret or a special forces unit of some sort. Weapons a modern setting would vary as well; like the Avraham in Black Marches he would get a kick out of a shotgun only difference being it wouldn't be a renaissance shotgun. I would severely like to play Neverwinter Nights 1 again curious as to how Avraham would have fared in the original campaign; but alas… Bioware is pretty queer and won't update the damn game. This is also the only OpenRPG community Avraham is a character on; interestingly enough there is a world of possibilities for a character like this. There is also "Capes" an RP that Pip mentioned for super hero type characters. Avraham would probably be the "Batman" type of character. Perhaps not in mannerisms or character but in style. Avraham has also never appeared in 4th edition though I doubt I will ever play, of course he has never appeared in Pathfinders either. Which is something else I think he might be interested in trying. Avraham was a warrior in Dragon Quest III and did a better job of leading the party than the hero character. Avraham has not appeared much in many other RPG's. He is a fairly new character with still time to grow, expand, create, and more.
