New Character mutation: Phase Shifter. shifters gain the ability to become temporarily incorporeal, and pass through physical objects such as doors, walls, stones, and on occasion, weapons.
Daily power: Once per day, a Shifter may choose to ignore any normal, non critical or sneak attack hit's damage. Shifters may not do this to escape magical, or energy based damage of any sort. Only piercing, slashing, or bludgeoning.
Once, every five minutes, as a full round action, a shifter may become incorporeal and pass through a solid wall, creature, or other object. This requires a Concentration check of DC 5.
drawbacks: Shifters cannot have a constitution modifier above +0. Shifters cannot have a Str. Modifyer of above +1. They also suffer a -1hp per character level at all times. Also, Shifters are only able to carry half the normal load for their size, and suffer a negative 1 on all fortitude saves made to stabilize once below 0 hp.
