Touchy just approved proficiency with a crossbow => proficiency with simple guns. But that got me thinking while I was reading over the statistics. There is a reference to the 'larger' of the weapons having a -2 in the hands of small creatures. Why not instead we simply have small creature versions, like that of normal weapons?

Weapons Link
There wouldn't be anything drastic needed to be done. Just up and down the list of the guns requiring referencing this chart to find it's small counterpart (just going one dice size lower). The only minor issues might be for instance pistols/revolvers (2d3). Though easily you could just reduce it to 2d2 instead. Instead of 2-6, its 2-4. Otherwise follow the rules for adjusting weaponry size as needed, like "Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much." - This also allows us to estimate the values of guns scaled to larger sizes. Say for a steamgolem wielding a large blunderbuss. Why? Because its awesome. (Pro'lly like 4d4 for said example, Omnom bullets to the face)
